People living along the Sea of Japan coast were given warnings about the waves. These warnings were from Hokkaido to Nagasaki. They said waves could be 3 meters high. Some places got waves, like Toyama Prefecture, where they were 80 cm high. In Kashiwazaki, Niigata Prefecture, they reported waves as tall as 40 meters. There were also warnings for places called Yamagata and Hyogo prefectures.
Ultimately, these occurrences demonstrate that large waves may occasionally shock our planet. It is imperative that everyone is prepared and aware of what to do in the event that these things occur. No matter where they are, we pray everyone remains safe.
